How jobs are checked

Every job is re-checked by hand. If a job hasn't been checked in 10 days, it comes off the list automatically, whatever its score. Jobs that go quiet drop off, and jobs that fill up are removed.

Each job gets a score from public rules: how recently it was posted, whether slots are filling and what people doing the work report. See the scoring table on the tracker.

Why the list is short

Big job boards dump thousands of listings, most of them stale or full. Here a job only stays if there's a real chance you'll get in, and each one says who actually qualifies so you don't waste an afternoon.
