What You'll Do
- Build features on your own real project using the open-weight and Gemini models we provide
- Choose which model to use for each task, and switch whenever you naturally would
- Use one chat per task
Who gets hired
- Actively building a verifiable software project (side project, startup, or LLM-powered feature)
- Regular user of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or Cline
- Comfortable with the terminal and git on Mac or Linux
- Experience building agentic or LLM-integrated features is a plus
Project Details
- Remote, flexible schedule
- $500 per accepted session (about 50 turns, typically 2–3 hours of active work)
- Start: immediate
