What the work is
Annotate legal and compliance material so AI models learn to handle contracts, regulation, research and disputes. Work is done in xAI's own tools on a flexible contract.
Who gets hired
- JD or foreign equivalent (required)
- 2+ years practising law
- Strong legal analysis and writing
- Comfortable making calls with limited information
Pay
$50-$100/hr for US-based; international rates given during recruitment, fully remote. How payouts and tax work.
