What the work is
You review inpatient notes (admissions, progress notes, discharge summaries) for clinical accuracy and completeness. You settle conflicting information, grade errors by severity and write a short rationale for each call.
Who gets hired
- MD or DO, board-certified in internal or family medicine
- 5+ years as an attending hospitalist, or leading documentation audits
- Knows inpatient documentation and hospital QA
- CDI experience is a plus
Pay
$100–150/hr, fully remote. How payouts and tax work.
