Who gets hired
- 1-3 years of transactional practice, in-house or at a firm
- Hands-on with MSAs, NDAs and redlining
- Careful writer who can turn legal judgement into feedback
- Legal-tech or M&A/fund exposure is a plus
Pay
$70–90/hr, fully remote. How payouts and tax work.
