What the work is

Role Overview

Get hands-on access to cutting-edge, unreleased AI capabilities that turn plain-English prompts and structured spreadsheets into working web applications. In this role, you will be the domain expert shaping how next-generation AI handles technical workflows—from ITSM frameworks and SLA policies to incident triage and IT asset management.

You will own end-to-end "recipes" and reference models, translating complex software engineering and IT operations logic into clean Google Sheet datasets, structured domain rules, and prompt parameters. Your work will serve as the gold standard used to train, evaluate, and benchmark how AI understands and automates real-world technical operations.

Who gets hired

  • Core Experience: 3+ years in IT operations, software management, technical support leadership, or ITSM/helpdesk administration.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep familiarity with incident triage, SLA policy management, escalation paths, issue trackers, and asset lifecycle tracking.
  • Logic & Technical Translation: Strong writing skills with a proven ability to translate complex incident workflows and SLA math into clean, deterministic spreadsheet formulas and parameters.
  • Availability & Commitment: Weekend availability required (flexible/part-time engagement welcomed).
  • Technical Setup: Reliable personal laptop/desktop with high-speed internet in a secure remote workspace.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recipe & Workflow Design: Build reference IT dashboards, SLA tracking sheets, asset rollups, and automated incident triage logic that serve as master blueprints for AI generation.
  • Domain Guidance & Guardrails: Draft precise, clear operational rules and technical constraints for AI systems managing ticketing, software support, and ITIL workflows.
  • Golden Dataset Construction: Create realistic IT operational scenarios using system incident logs, post-mortems, support playbooks, and structured parameter sheets.
  • AI Evaluation & App Iteration: Test and iterate on live, AI-generated applications built from your reference sheets—scoring outputs, identifying edge cases, and ensuring alignment with industry engineering standards.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
